Albuquerque, New Mexico - In a sign that the real estate market may be cooling off, a woman is selling her home in Denver, Colorado along with a special added bones... a wife!

Deborah Hale live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but she's trying to sell her house in Denver. She's going to put the 95 year old house on ebay with a $600,000 price tag. For that, you get three bedrooms, a tanning bed and a hot tub. Plus, you can get the chance to marry Deborah.

Of course, the offer for a bride to go along with the house is non-binding. It's just a way for Deborah to meet new and interesting people. The bidding will end on Valentine's Day of next year. And she hired a PR firm help her sort through the applicants.
