Lane! -

access to the entire mountain, and 50% grooming over the
last 3 years means Beaver Creek will be grooming 800 acres
every day, half the mountain!
You won't find a better value in the Vail Valley than our
condo rental. Tastefully furnished to ensure your comfort
while on vacation, we'll help you relax in any season you
come to see us.

Located
directly across the street from Beaver Creek's West
Lot and shuttle to slopes.
Just a few minutes walk to Avon Center, restaurants
and shopping are right down the street. A beautiful
view from the the top (third) floor unit, the
Bachelor's Gulch premier resort and western trails
of Beaver Creek Ski resort are just up the hill from
your view on the balcony.
Full Kitchen with utensils, plates, cups glasses
as well as microwave, dishwasher, oven stove,
toaster, blender, coffeemaker, everything you will
need for a comfortable meal.
Phones in the Kitchen (with answering machine),
Living Room and Master with free local service.
(You can make long distance calls with any calling
card).

We have a beautiful river rock gas fireplace
that keeps it cozy in the winter. Easy to use for
the apres ski cocktail hour. Living has room
seating for 8 or more. We have added a home
entertainment center with a Stereo (w/ 6-CD
changer), TV with Cable and VCR (video store nearby
and few titles in the entertainment center). Dozens
of books for you to read on the home entertainment
shelves. A number of games for young and old
including BalderDash, Scattegories, Jumanji and
more.
One couch in the living room pulls-out to a Queen
Size bed. There is storage for your skis on site (on
the balcony).

2 Bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a full size
bed (great for a couple) and a walk-in closet with
private bath, the Guest bedroom has two twins and
shares a bath. You can have six people share the
condo for the best of summer or winter activities.
All linens provided. Master also has TV, VCR and
DVD Player.
Bedrooms are nicely decorated to make you feel
comfortable and relaxed in your stay in the #1 rated
resort town in the United States.
We have a washer and dryer, iron and ironing
board for you to use. There is also one hair dryer
in each bathroom.

to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days
before your scheduled arrival date. Once we reach that
30-day point, the rental fee is nonrefundable, unless we are
able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved.
If we rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share
of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a
$25 cancellation fee.
